• Research and analyze global trends, regulations, and ethical frameworks related to Artificial Intelligence.
• Develop, draft, and recommend AI policies, guidelines, and best practices for the organization.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI projects and potential deployments.
• Collaborate with legal, R&D, and business units to integrate ethical considerations into AI development life cycles.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting AI technologies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops on AI ethics and responsible innovation.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including policymakers, academics, and industry peers.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of established AI ethics policies.
• Contribute to internal training programs on AI ethics and governance.

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Public Policy, Law, Ethics, Computer Science, Sociology, or a related field with a focus on technology and society.
• Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, research, or ethical assessment, preferably within the technology sector or concerning AI.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and their societal implications.
• Familiarity with existing and emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines globally.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, effectively communicating with remote and in-office colleagues.
• Strong research skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
