Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator required in Stellenbosch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate production planning to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, transport, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while managing procurement of production and packaging materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing, and ensure continuity of supply.
• Coordinate customer order fulfilment, invoicing, claims, returns, and credit note processes.
• Analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant supply chain, procurement, or planning certifications advantageous.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, procurement, or production planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Xero Accounting and Cin7 Core (DEAR) advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with a strong focus on cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
