An established business is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator with fruit export experience to coordinate shipments, manage stock and ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

• Pre-Loading Coordination: Allocate stock, prepare loading instructions and coordinate load-outs within required timelines.
• Logistics & Solutions: Arrange transport, track shipments and resolve logistical disruptions.
• Forecasting & Planning: Prepare forecasts, plan vessel space and align bookings with customer requirements.
• Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records, resolve discrepancies and monitor stock age and traceability.
• Cold Store Operations & Compliance: Coordinate inspections, labelling and pallet preparation, ensuring market and regulatory compliance.
• Freight Forwarding & Shipping Administration: Secure vessel bookings and manage shipping instructions, documentation and deadlines.
• General Administrative & Operational Support: Support the trading team, verify costs and maintain invoices, reports and logistics records.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the fruit export industry

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  .
• Proficiency in QX, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  .
• Sound knowledge of export shipping, stock control and documentation.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
