About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive Cleaning Services Coordinator to manage and streamline cleaning operations in Stellenbosch. This role involves overseeing the daily scheduling of cleaning staff, managing supply procurement, and ensuring quality control across all contracted sites. You will be the main point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services, addressing needs and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, with a background in facilities management or cleaning services.

This position is key to maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Coordinate the daily activities and schedules of the cleaning team across multiple locations.
• Procure and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve any service-related concerns.
• Develop and implement training programs for cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of staff hours, supply usage, and client feedback.

• Previous experience in coordinating cleaning services, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
