About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sanitation Supervisor to lead and manage all sanitation operations in Paarl. • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sanitation programs and protocols.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of sanitation workers, ensuring high performance and adherence to procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, optimizing usage and controlling costs.
• Investigate sanitation issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain detailed records.

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in sanitation management or a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
