Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Sanitation Manager to lead their sanitation efforts in Stellenbosch. This leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive sanitation programs to ensure a safe and hygienic environment across all company facilities. You will manage a team of sanitation staff, control budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Develop and implement strategic sanitation plans and procedures for all facilities.

- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of all cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure integrated facility management and hygiene practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management or facilities maintenance, with leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleaning techniques, and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs related to sanitation operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in relevant sanitation or facilities management fields is a plus.
