Facilities Maintenance and Sanitation Supervisor

Our client is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance and Sanitation Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of their premises in Stellenbosch . This role requires a blend of hands-on maintenance skills and a strong focus on ensuring impeccable sanitation standards throughout the facilities. You will lead a team responsible for both routine maintenance tasks and comprehensive cleaning schedules, ensuring a safe, functional, and hygienic environment for all occupants.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance and sanitation staff.

• Oversee routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, plumbing, and electrical work, or coordinate external contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and sanitation deficiencies, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, cleaning chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to facility operations and sanitation.
