About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee energy service operations in the vicinity of Paarl . This role involves managing on‑site teams, ensuring the efficient execution of field services, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will be the primary point of contact for field operations, responsible for team leadership, resource allocation, and troubleshooting operational challenges to meet client demands and company objectives.
This is a hands‑on leadership position crucial for the delivery of our client's services in the region.
- Supervise and lead field service crews, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
- Plan and coordinate daily field operations, including equipment mobilization and personnel deployment.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures on site.
- Monitor job progress, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage field equipment and inventory, ensuring readiness and proper maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and field personnel to report progress and address concerns.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within energy services or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of field operations, logistics, and team management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE practices and regulations applicable to field operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on‑site environment.
- Experience working in the Western Cape region is preferred.
