Operator: Roaming; Bottling

Origin Wine Stellenbosch is a production facility located on the Bottelary Road. We are looking for a experienced Operator to join our dynamic team.

• Improve immediate operator skill level on all three shifts.
• Assist with job shadowing for new potential operators.
• Improve plant efficiencies and limit machine downtime.

• Check dry goods used for each production run to ensure they are correct and meet specifications
• Monitors bottling processes by physically checking at regular intervals that production is running smoothly, and employees are following correct operating procedures.
• Assist and train operators where they are experiencing process problems to avoid loss pf production.
• Check and verifies that the relevant control documentation (production pack) is completed correctly, and that the product is being produced according to specifications.
• Attends to processing problems promptly to ensure smooth flow of production lines.
• Identifies potential machine problems and advises the shift supervisor accordingly
• Include daily operating activities on all machine in the production plant, for indefinite period

• Grade 12 minimum
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Product and production process knowledge
• Knowledge of the Pre-requisite Program – ISOPH
