Our client is seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer focused on Manufacturing Systems to join their dedicated team in Paarl . This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and improving the systems and processes that drive our manufacturing operations. You will work on optimizing production lines, ensuring efficient material flow, and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies. • Design and implement integrated manufacturing systems to optimize production flow, reduce cycle times, and enhance quality.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement using statistical methods.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and implement solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives on the shop floor.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools for system design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to production teams and management.
