Cube Space is looking for an AIT Quality Control Officer, who will ensure that all products meet our stringent quality and flight-readiness standards following final Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) processes. You will ensure manufacturing traceability, review system health, and conduct visual inspections to guarantee that each product leaving our facility is fully compliant and “fit for flight.”

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct systematic inspections of products post-AIT to ensure compliance with design and manufacturing specifications.
  • Verify product traceability through the ERP system.
  • Review health checks and confirm expected outcomes; identify deviations and raise non-conformance reports.
  • Perform thorough visual inspections of all products to confirm they are flight-ready and meet internal standards.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on inspection results, trends, and process bottlenecks.
  • Suggest improvements to AIT processes and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to 5S and Lean methodologies.
  • Diploma in Electronic Engineering or a related field advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Proven skills in quality control, process adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with AIT processes, ideally in aerospace, satellite, or high-reliability environments.
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail is critical.
  • Technical understanding: able to read engineering drawings, understand manufacturing processes, and use measurement techniques.
  • Initiative and self-management: proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and manage tasks independently.
  • Contribute to meaningful global space missions with work that has real impact.
  • Be part of an innovative environment working with advanced space technologies.
  • Join a fast-growing, internationally recognised leader in the satellite control industry.
  • Develop your career in a high-performance, supportive, and growth-focused culture.
  • Work in a collaborative and mission-driven environment where your coordination skills truly make a difference.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to demonstrate their problem-solving abilities and practical decision-making skills during the interview process.
