Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Controller to join our Production Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing products or services to ensure they meet our company’s strict quality standards.

You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, conducting quality audits, and collaborating with production teams to ensure operational excellence.

• National Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Quality Management)
• 5+ years’ experience in quality control or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and standards

• Inspect and test products or services to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor production processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct quality audits and report findings to management
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues
• Analyse data to detect trends and suggest corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities
• Stay informed on industry regulations and evolving quality standards

• Certification in Quality Control / Assurance
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles
