- Troubleshoot challenging synthetic problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in synthetic organic chemistry literature and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other scientists and engineers to advance research projects from laboratory scale to potential pilot production.
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral or industrial experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of organic reactions and synthetic techniques.
- Proficiency in structure elucidation using spectroscopic methods (NMR, MS).
- Experience with purification techniques such as chromatography.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent scientific documentation skills.
