- Design and conduct advanced research experiments in plant biology, agronomy, or related agricultural fields.

- Write and submit research manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences.
- Ph.D. in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral research experience with a strong publication record.
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, field trials, greenhouse studies, or laboratory-based plant research.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and statistical methodologies.
- Excellent scientific writing and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior researchers.
