KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist counter staff and sales team with daily operations
Collect, pack, move, and deliver stock and materials
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store and storage areas
Support customers and staff when needed
Help with receiving, checking, and managing stock
Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the store
Take initiative and show willingness to learn new skills
Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship
Develop product and store knowledge to grow into senior roles
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit

REQUIREMENTS:

Reside in or near Stellenbosch
Physically fit and willing to do manual work
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Self-motivated and eager to improve
Respectful, professional, and team-oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (Afrikaans and/or English)
Willing to commit long-term and grow with the company
