About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and visually-minded Retail Sales Associate with a focus on merchandising for their store in Stellenbosch . You will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the store. This role requires a creative individual who understands how to present products effectively to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. You will work closely with the store management team to execute visual merchandising strategies and contribute to the overall success of the retail location in the vibrant Western Cape .

• Engage customers on the sales floor, providing product knowledge and exceptional service.
• Assist customers with purchases, processing transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Execute visual merchandising directives, including setting up displays, arranging products, and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock management and replenishment.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

• Previous experience in a retail sales or visual merchandising role.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of style and aesthetics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Passion for retail and creating an appealing shopping environment in Stellenbosch.
