Retail Assistant Manager

Our client is seeking an ambitious and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing operations and driving performance at their store in Stellenbosch, Western Cape . You will be involved in all aspects of store management, including staff supervision, sales generation, inventory control, and customer service excellence. • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the store.
• Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
