• Exceeding personal and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Providing outstanding customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining store visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assisting in training and mentoring new sales associates.
• Managing inventory levels, including receiving stock, conducting cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
