• Lead the sales and marketing strategy for a portfolio of regional brands, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans across South Africa and selected international markets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners to maximise sales performance.
• Oversee brand activation campaigns across in-store, digital, and trade channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform commercial strategy and planning.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
• Manage sales and marketing budgets, track return on investment, and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and represent the brands at trade events while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
• WSET Level 2 or higher will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and/or marketing, with a strong focus on sales execution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing multiple brands and working with key accounts and trade partners.
• Wine industry experience will be advantageous.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
