Senior Account Manager

Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth and client relationships in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This role is critical for managing and expanding a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs and aligning our consultancy's resources to meet those demands effectively.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in client relationship management within the staffing industry and possesses exceptional communication and strategic planning skills to foster long-term partnerships.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand service offerings within existing client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their business objectives and talent needs.
• Oversee the delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the business development team to pursue them.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and various industry sectors.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective account strategies.
