Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using advanced tools like Claude Code and Codex in enterprise environments. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure applications to enhance banking, payments, and fintech operations.

• Develop and optimize AI models and algorithms for banking and financial applications.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) into enterprise systems to automate processes and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure AI systems comply with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and refine AI models based on real-world performance and feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in banking, payments, or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in AI/ML model deployment and MLOps practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mid- to Senior-level (3+ years of AI development experience, preferably in financial services).
