Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join their agile team in Stellenbosch . This hybrid role involves contributing to both frontend and backend development, building robust and scalable web applications that meet user needs and business goals. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Develop and maintain web applications, working on both frontend and backend components.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on technical direction.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar roles.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework like React or Angular).
• Strong backend development skills using languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or No
  
  SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies is a plus.
