About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Mobile Application Developer to join their technology team in Paarl . This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with designers and product managers to create engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences. The ideal candidate has a passion for mobile technology, a strong understanding of mobile development life cycles, and a proven ability to deliver polished applications.

- Design, build, and maintain advanced mobile applications for the iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in mobile development.
- Integrate with backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and address reported issues to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in native mobile application development (iOS with Swift/Objective-C or Android with Kotlin/Java).
- Experience developing cross-platform applications using frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
