Warehouse Team Lead

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to guide and support a team of warehouse associates in their Stellenbosch facility. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, assisting with workflow management, training new staff, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in receiving, stocking, and order picking processes.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Identify and report any operational issues or equipment malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably with some supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
