Position: Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist
Join our team as a Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist, responsible for timely invoice processing and vendor relationship management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills in a thriving environment.

With over 5 years of accounts payable experience, you will manage the complete accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms. Your proficiency in Quick Books and Excel will enable you to handle check runs, ACH payments, and month-end closing activities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time

• Match invoices to purchase orders and job cost records

• Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience required

• Strong understanding of AP processes and coding

• Experience with Quick Books accounting software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
