Project Coordinator at Project Sites

Become a critical part of project success as a Project Coordinator, earning between $30 to $38 per hour in the Williams Lake area. This role demands strong administrative support for ongoing projects.

In the Project Coordinator position, you will work directly with Project Managers and site crews to oversee project tasks, documentation, and safety compliance. Your expertise in organizational tasks will facilitate smooth project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Participate in meetings, track project progress, and assist with workforce logistics while maintaining critical communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and scheduling activities

• Order and track materials and equipment

• Assist in tracking budgets and costs

• Maintain organized project records and reports

• Promote compliance with all safety policies

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, civil, or mining administration

• Proficient in digital and reporting technologies

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
