Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional written responses to customer inquiries

• Collaborate closely with the customer service team

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in bike mechanics

• Familiarity with CRM software and cloud platforms

• Detail-oriented with a strong learning ability

• Positive and organized mindset necessary for success

• Legal working status in Canada for two years
