In this key senior role, your mission will be to support a scalable Customer Success strategy across various customer segments. You’ll manage engagement through lifecycle emails, webinars, and self-service resources to guide customers in realizing value from Barracuda's cybersecurity solutions. Your efforts will significantly impact customer health and retention metrics while utilizing insights from data to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large customer portfolio using scalable engagement models

• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes

• Monitor customer health and identify churn risks proactively

• Build and optimize customer success programs with analytics tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent customer needs

Requirements:

• Experience in Scaled Customer Success or SaaS account management

• Familiarity with customer lifecycle and retention strategies

• Ability to work with data and success platforms effectively

• Strong written communication skills for customer engagement

• Fluent in French preferred but not required
