Product Designer

Our large banking client is seeking a Product Designer to enhance user experiences across its suite of products. The company is dedicated to creating intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional designs that drive engagement and business success.

The Product Designer will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that products are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong UX/UI expertise and a passion for solving complex design challenges.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wire framing to prototyping and final execution.
• Develop user‑centric design solutions that balance business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven design iterations.
• Create high‑fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design system components.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to push design innovation.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong experience using design systems, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards.
