Position: Educator Level 1 - Early Childhood Educator Role
Exciting opportunity to work as a Level 1 Educator at Our Children Our Future in Espanola! This role centers on providing nurturing, play-based learning experiences for young children.

In this position, you’ll be crucial in delivering developmentally appropriate programs tailored to the needs of each child. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), your responsibilities will include fostering emotional and cognitive growth while maintaining a supportive community atmosphere. Collaborating with families and other educators is also an essential aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inclusive, play-based educational activities

• Support children's emotional and cognitive development daily

• Foster a nurturing environment that encourages exploration

• Communicate frequently with families regarding student progress

• Collaborate with professionals to address individual care needs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution

• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Current CPR Level C and Standard First Aid

• Willingness to obtain Food Handlers certification

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
