Campus Manager

Position: Campus Manager at College of the North Atlantic
Lead the Bay St. George Campus operations at College of the North Atlantic as a Campus Manager. Oversee trades programming, enhance student success, and strengthen industry partnerships.

As the Campus Manager, you will ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of trades training programs. This role requires balancing oversight of educational initiatives and operational management while meeting regulatory and safety standards. You'll support instructors, monitor student outcomes, and develop relationships with community stakeholders to align programs with labor market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for operating trades programming and maintenance garage

• Ensure program delivery meets accreditation and safety requirements

• Support instructors in curriculum and industry best practices

• Develop relationships with industry partners and local agencies

• Oversee campus operations and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Education or related field

• Experience in post-secondary education and workforce development

• Familiarity with operating trades and industry standards

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Ability to build collaborative relationships
