Samet is looking for a proactive Estimator to be part of its Preconstruction team, focusing on cost estimates and lifecycle analyses for mechanical and electrical systems. Key responsibilities include developing CPM schedules and collaborating with team members on specifications and field inspections. This position values teamwork and empowers associates to have their voices heard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects

• Collaborate on civil and architectural preconstruction services

• Develop and manage CPM project schedules

• Draft scopes of work and conduct thorough reviews

• Oversee field inspections for project delivery

Requirements:

• BS degree in construction or related discipline

• 3-5 years of estimating experience required

• Working knowledge of MS Office;
Sage Estimating preferred

• Prior project management experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
