Key Responsibilities:
• Input fully documented customer issues into the ticket system
• Analyze urgent requests and deliver quick solutions
• Collaborate with Tier II support for unresolved incidents
• Handle escalations effectively with a proactive approach
• Seek continuous improvements in service delivery processes
Requirements:
• At least one year in technical or help desk support
• Fluency in both French and English, verbally and written
• Skills in troubleshooting technical issues decisively
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Willingness to work overnight shifts
