Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gas Station Manager to oversee daily operations for our Gas Station. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure compliance with tax regulations related to treaty card holders, and provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail fuel environment.

• Oversee daily gas bar and convenience store operations
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff
• Ensure accurate application of taxes for treaty and non‑treaty customers in accordance with regulations
• Verify treaty card eligibility and maintain proper documentation procedures
• Monitor fuel sales, cash handling, and POS accuracy
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Handle customer concerns professionally

• Previous retail or fuel station management experience preferred
• Knowledge of treaty card tax application procedures is an asset
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with POS systems and cash reconciliation
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
