Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Seouléa is a Korean beauty brand bringing the best of K‑beauty to Canada — from skincare to hair care and makeup. We are opening a new location at Place Ste‑Foy and are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as Store Manager.

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, organizing team meetings, and managing the team calendar.
• Lead the sales floor proactively to hit store targets and ensure every client has an outstanding in‑store experience.
• Manage onboarding of new sales associates by conducting interviews and providing training.
• Uphold and implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain consistency across all store activities.
• Keep the store impeccably presented, clean, and organized at all times in line with Seouléa's brand standards.
• Monitor team performance and customer service quality; address client concerns and elevate to head office when needed.
• Energize and support the team to maintain high morale, strong work ethic, and a consistently positive store atmosphere.
• Contribute to the initial store setup and opening process.
• Coordinate with the head office and warehouse team to oversee restocking and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to problem‑solve and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail environment.
• Genuine passion for Korean and Asian beauty; ability to give confident, personalized product advice.
• Experience in a retail launch or new store opening (asset).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (asset).

• French required (written and spoken).
• English proficiency is an asset.
