Join the effort to combat family violence by developing and coordinating programs that make a difference. This Advisor role focuses on data analysis and community engagement with Indigenous support.
We are looking for a dedicated Family Violence Prevention Program Advisor with 3 to 5 years in community service or related fields. The position involves conducting surveys, preparing for presentations, and fostering relationships with Indigenous communities. You will also lead staff training and oversee various program activities, ensuring effective evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement social programs for families
• Conduct surveys and demographic analyses
• Deliver presentations at community events
• Provide staff training and supervise volunteers
• Develop questionnaires for social research
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years in relevant community service work
• Strong skills in program development and analysis
• Valid driver's license and travel readiness
• Required background checks for compliance
