Collier is seeking talented professionals to join our growing geoscience and engineering firm in Texas. Collier Consulting is looking for an experienced Lead Groundwater Engineer who will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to a team of engineers and field technicians to deliver innovative solutions in areas such as well design, groundwater systems, water treatment and integrated water resources planning.
In this role, you will take ownership of project delivery from concept through construction, including design development, permitting, and construction administration.

DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
- Collaborate directly with owners and senior leadership team to set strategic priorities, guide engineering operations, and drive growth across the Texas and Oklahoma offices.
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership, operational management and project organizational skills
- Must have strong communication skills in coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, regulatory agencies, and members of the public
- Occasional business travel may be required
