- Eligibility based on location
- Conduct inventory, purchasing, storage and preparation of food according to menus and regulations.
- Establish and maintain procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide leadership and supervision of dietary staff, including hiring, evaluating, and recommending pay raises.
- Establish and maintain records/receipts regarding dietary operations; submit purchase invoices and receipts to the appropriate staff for processing, including coding as requested.
- Order all supplies and maintain inventory control.
- One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.
