Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to professional and personal development, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community.

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for making your store a success. An 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Work spaces may be hot with steam from kitchens and equipment. Employees may need to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts are essential.
