1:45 pm – 10:15 pm, must be able to work overtime and weekends

$18.00 per hour

Must be able to train on day shift

• Accurately count, measure, weigh, and mix materials.
• Prepare molding equipment and materials for daily production.
• Load reinforcing medium and resin or pre-mix charges into molding equipment.
• Execute molding cycles and make minor adjustments for quality control.
• Unload finished parts and inspect for quality compliance.
• Learn and follow hazardous material handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and around equipment.
• Safely operate tools and equipment including sanders and scarifiers.
• Identify and understand different mixes and materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards consistently.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals, and procedure documents.
• Capable of writing basic reports and routine correspondence.
• Able to solve problems using standardized procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and unit measurements. Must be able to pass a math test.
• Skilled in using measuring tapes and recording tools.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
