Overview

$11 per hour. 16 years or older.

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers and help with order taking and in-store duties. This role offers weekend and evening shifts with flexible schedules and opportunities to advance into management.

• General job duties for all store team members:
  Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis. Training provided on the job.

Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Essential Functions/Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; must be able to make correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; eye-hand coordination; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 to above 90 degrees. Sudden changes in temperature; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and analyze data.

Standing; walking; occasional sitting; lifting up to 50 pounds in a variety of tasks; carrying pizzas and beverages; climbing stairs; pushing/pulling equipment; occasional use of ladders.

Stooping/bending, reaching, hand tasks, and other physical tasks are required as part of daily duties. Tools and equipment include computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.

Carrying and moving items; cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing; working in various areas of the store.

Exposure to weather conditions in the parking lot as applicable.
