Job Duties

• Perform general facility and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with plumbing, drywall, painting, framing, and other remodeling projects.
• Complete basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain equipment such as lawnmowers, forklifts, weed eaters, and blowers.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Maintenance, mechanical, or trade school training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Previous facility maintenance, building maintenance, or general labor experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic are essential.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment, power tools, and groundskeeping machinery.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
