Overview

Job description for Domino's Pizza delivery drivers. $9 hourly pay. Drivers can average over $20 per hour with mileage and tips. Domino's offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within the company.

• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license (minimum one year) with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills to read maps; use GPS via cell data; locate addresses within the designated delivery area; and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Outstanding attitude toward customer service; basic math skills; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must pass regular safety inspections and work in a drug-free workplace with drug testing.

• General duties for all store team members: operate equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; clean equipment and facilities; training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: understand and convey written instructions; verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or by phone.
• Essential skills: basic arithmetic; ability to make correct monetary change; enter orders via computer; good hand-eye coordination.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
• Hot surfaces and tools up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments.

• Standing and walking; lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to climb stairs; reach and stretch; push and pull loads; occasional stooping, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

• Deliver product by car to the customer's door; deliver flyers and door hangers; run errands.
