• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment to warehouses and customers.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy.
• Pick, combine, and organize pallets for full truckload and LTL shipments.
• Verify manifests, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including incoming shipment verification.
• Assist with customer direct shipments and daily reporting activities.
• Create finished goods packout reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform shipping coordinator duties as needed.
• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects following training.
• Monitor equipment operation and assist in meeting production goals.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Materials Clerk.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
