We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join our expanding organization. This newly created position offers the chance to make a significant impact as a trusted financial advisor while leading accounting operations for a dynamic organization.

• Work alongside accounting team to manage the client portfolio
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and accounting operations specific to the client
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support as needed
• Serve as trusted financial advisor to senior management as it relates to the client
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage day to day accounting in a complex environment

• Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment previously
• 5+ years accounting experience with financial reporting expertise
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting capabilities
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
• A strategic mindset with the desire to roll up your sleeves as needed
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
