With advanced technology and a growing nationwide footprint, we provide calibration services to collision repair centers, dealerships, and automotive service providers.
Position OverviewThe Sterling Heights ADAS Lab is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Vehicle Porter to support daily operations and continued growth.
This role is essential to maintaining technician efficiency, ensuring proper vehicle flow through the facility, supporting customer turnaround times, and providing professional vehicle pickup and delivery service to our customers.
The Vehicle Porter will also assist with vehicle staging, scanning, calibration quotes, and general shop support activities after completing the appropriate Burke Porter ADAS training.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from repair facilities
- Stage vehicles for ADAS calibrations following provided procedures
- Complete calibration quotes after successful Burke Porter ADAS training
- Move and manage vehicles safely within the facility and on public roads
- Assist with vehicle scanning and light vehicle preparation
- Support technicians with daily vehicle flow and shop operations
- Assist with general shop support activities as assigned
- Maintain a strong safety mindset at all times
- Communicate professionally with customers and collision repair partners
- Help ensure vehicles move efficiently through the calibration process
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Prior automotive shop experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Schedule based on normal Sterling Heights ADAS Lab operating hours and daily vehicle volume
- Occasional schedule flexibility may be required based on customer and operational needs
