We are currently seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) who can help build sales at the local level by establishing community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. If you have a passion for networking and creativity, apply today!

• Assisting the Managing Partner and management team with local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages, and sales.
• Promoting in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.
• Building relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Establishing positive relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Developing and executing community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness.
• Supporting public relations efforts including media segments, releases, and publicity events.
• Communicating regularly with the management team about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
