This pivotal role involves managing our seafood inventory while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in operations and budget management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior procurement leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans and drive product innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management:
Ensure consistent in-stock levels of premium seafood products, aligning inventory with market demand. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to maintain the freshness and quality of seafood products. - Sourcing

Collaborate with key stakeholders on sourcing trips and vendor selection to establish strong producer relationships. - Purchasing Operations:
