Organize and direct production of in-studio and remote ENG events. Works closely with clients to identify needs and develop video and/or training projects that meet or exceed expectations.

• Audio / Video engineering – handling of all technical setup of equipment
• Lighting / set designing – skilled at utilizing all available equipment to suit any and all client needs
• Live multi-cam production – coordinate and produce remote (ENG) or in-studio events
• Videography – provide creative direction to talent and crew to ensure all objectives are met
• Troubleshooting / Diagnosis / solutions – prompt identification and diagnosis of technical issues
• Produce/Technical-Director:
  • Webcasts
  • Executive Announcements
  • Town Halls
• Video editing – editing and transcoding of video/audio projects a plus
• Sustain acute knowledge and understanding of all audio and video equipment

• In Office – Detroit, Michigan with flexible hours and travel as required
• Proven experience in live event production, broadcast operations, or streaming media management
• Comprehensive understanding of audio/video signal flow, routing, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Dealer and Field systems, telepresence, and corporate communication platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Video Production, Communications, Journalism
