System Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated System Integration Engineer to lead the build, verification, and delivery of advanced military vehicle prototypes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional engineering efforts, managing prototype build plans, and ensuring successful system‑level integration from concept to delivery.

• Lead developmental projects as the System Integration Engineer for prototype vehicle builds, verification, and delivery.
• Plan and execute the physical and functional integration of systems and subsystems onto vehicles.
• Develop, maintain, and track prototype fabrication and build schedules

• Coordinate hardware procurement and initiate shop work orders.
• Serve as the primary interface between subsystem engineering teams and the prototype build shop.
• Oversee vehicle‑level system integration, verification, and issue resolution
  .
• Build a collaborative environment among engineers, technicians, and prototype mechanics.
• Direct mechanics during subsystem assembly using engineering drawings and digital models.
• Monitor Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) maturity and track material receipts
  .
• Document fabrication, installation, and functionality issues through Engineering Problem Reports
  .

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Experience with Teamcenter
  , Vis Mockup
  , and Oracle systems preferred.
• Strong technical writing
  , presentation
  , and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse engineering and build teams.
